Students
Michael Bauer - Mechanical Engineering
Michael is a senior mechanical engineer from North Brunswick, NJ. His duties include wiring all of the vehicle's electrical components and sensors along with implementing feedback systems for the GPS and laser range finder. Upon graduation in the spring of 2013, he plans to continue his education by attending graduate school.
Christopher Lawrence - Mechanical Engineering
Chris is a senior mechanical engineer from Manchester, NJ. He is in charge of generating and programing the algorithms that will allow the autonomous vehicle to successfully navigate the IGVC obstacle course. Additionally, he is also serving as the team’s project manager. He plans to graduate in the spring of 2013 and attend graduate school.
Elizabeth Parriott - Mechanical Engineering
Elizabeth is a senior mechanical engineer from Sparta, NJ. Her role in the project is to design and construct the frame and steering of the vehicle as well as to integrating the required hardware into the vehicle. Elizabeth plans to complete her degree in the spring of 2012 and plans to seek a full time position after graduation.
